By request of the Plaintiffs, the damages trial will not take place August 11th. The aggressive timeline proved too aggressive as all parties were falling behind in the discovery process. Additionally, USAPA counsel resumed his normal course of business by utilizing the federal court's Electronic Filing Service ad nauseum. We must respond to each filing in addition

It has been only three days since Judge Wake published his "Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and Order," in addition to the “Permanent Injunction.” [both are hyper-linked] There is plenty to talk about this evening, but first let's talk about the “Findings of Fact.”

Leonidas Update January 4, 2010

We anticipate that this is the final year of the seniority battle that has crippled this pilot group. Last month the 9th Circuit heard oral arguments from both sides and now we are optimistically awaiting their decision. We are very comfortable with the position that our attorneys have put us in, and we anticipate having a decision by the end of the month.
